First up, your glass is laser measured and cut to the appropriate size using the latest technology. This computer system and CNC process ensures the measuring and cut is highly accurate and will fit perfectly once installed.
The edge of the glass is polished and then toughened by being heated to 620 degrees celcius. This process makes the glass 500% stronger, meeting Australian standards and meaning your glass will not chip or smash easily. The glass is then primed and etched so that the paint will stick and give it a great colour that will last for years.
Your glass is then coated by our in house experts with high quality coatings, specifically designed for glass that has been heat tested and is highly specialised. Once painted, it is then left to dry to ensure it hardens and doesn't scratch during installation.
A 7-point quality check is then completed to make sure the glass has been manufactured to the highest standard and is ready for installation. Once it has passed all quality checks, our fitting team will call you to arrange a time to install at your convenience.
One of our friendly fitting team will come to your home and install your glass feature. They'll explain what they're going to do and will complete your installation to the highest standard, making sure everything is clean and tidy before they leave and that you are happy with your installation.
